Tom Webb, Retired PS, served on the Arkansas Board of Registration from 1998 to 2002 and is past-president and life member of the Arkansas Society of Professional Surveyors. He began his career in surveying in 1967 as a chainman in rural Mississippi after a 4 year enlistment in the U.S. Marine Corps. Numerous articles he has written on surveying topics have appeared in the Arkansas Historical Quarterly, POB Magazine, Professional Surveyor Magazine, and Point of Intersection, the official newsletter of the Arkansas Society of Professional Surveyors.
